We guarantee we will recast any piece of gold accidentally deformed by its owner at half the going cost of production as long as the weight is the same and original proof of purchase is presented.  Keep in mind, any introduced impurities to our gold or attempt to commit fraud voids this warranty.  That said, if you deform your piece of jewelry and want it recast, first email us and let us know what happened and we will assign you an Order Number.

1. Mail this order number, your deformed piece and proof of purchase (receipt) to Rhodes 24k LLC, c/o Rhodes Legal Group, 918 South Horton Street, Suite 902, Seattle WA  98134.  Mail insured, certified mail with signature tracking.  We are not responsible for things sent we do not receive nor are we responsible for tracking or transit.
2. In box with gold and proof of purchase, put your phone number, email and preferred present mailing address you can receive and sign for packages in person.   
3. We do not mail to PO Boxes, other people’s homes, business addresses etc. due to fraud and issues around dishonesty.  Keep it simple and so will we. 
4. Immediately email the tracking information along with you contact information to help@rhodes24k.com.  We will only be responsible for picking up packages we know about before delivery.
5. Upon receipt, we video delivery, unboxing, weight and state of the piece.  Assuming everything is correct, we will call or email you.  Your piece will be put into our production process again and reshipped.  Expect this to be a 2-5 week process depending on when in our production cycle we receive your item.
6. You will be responsible for making payment at the time we unbox and reach out to confirm receipt. 
7. If everything is not correct, we reserve the right to either mail back contents or keep it for litigation around fraud.  If you are honest, you will not have a problem, if you attempt fraud, we will respond accordingly.

We guarantee all our gold jewelry is made of 99.99% gold, also called .9999 fine.  Our gold exceeds regulations required for a 24k gold stamp in United States.
