Why 24k | 99.99% Bullion Gold Jewelry?

The simple answer.  It doesn’t oxidize, doesn’t irritate, it’s real concrete value, it preserves wealth in families, its heirloom grade and it is easy to understand.

The more complex answer.  Traditionally, “pure” gold bullion is any gold which is 99.5% gold (also called 995 fine) or purer and it was reserved for investment and so called bullion gold.  Various changes in the processes of refinement, specifically the Wohlwill Process allowed refiners to achieve a 99.99% purity mid-century and the highest grade bullion is now almost always made of this as its easiest to store.  Although jewelry has allowed for the proliferation of other percentages of gold by volume, like 22k (91.70% gold by volume), 18k (75% gold by volume), 14k (58.3% gold by volume) and 10k (41.7% gold by volume), pure 99.99% | .9999 fine gold was traditionally reserved for bullion and coin in Western thought.  The funny thing, however, is if you case harden or work harden your gold a bit, you can get 24k that is solid enough to make coins or jewelry. It is “softer” than other metals but as long as your design anticipates the material, it is hard enough to make something people can wear and keep.  Asian and Middle Eastern countries have known this but United States is just starting to really understand that the myth that pure gold is too soft for jewelry is just a myth.

Rather than sell customers jewelry of questionable volume or value, we only sell 24k | .9999 fine gold made in America backed by a Material Guarantee, Laser Inscribed Guarantee  and Recast Guarantee.  That’s of peace of mind.
